We follow a - somewhat - set procedure in order to plan and book your dream holidays. By keeping to this order (however we adapt this to your individual needs and wishes) we make sure that no aspect is missed out and that we can help your with your travel to and through Brunei Darussalam, Mongolia, Namibia or Sierra Leone.

Our step-by-step guide should give you a broad overview of our Travel-Network procedures:

1. After you got in contact with us through e.g. our web site www.Travel-Network.net, we discuss your first ideas and wishes (e.g. regarding your travel budget), so that we can plan your individual dream holidays.

2. In the next step we will write down a first draft of a travel plan, including dates, ways, places and first ideas around accommodation and interesting safaris and tours. You will receive this first draft by eMail, generally within 5 working days.

3. After you looked through the travel plan and discussed it with your fellow travel partners, we will speak again and maybe do necessary changes.

4. Only after receiving a "Go" from you we will get in contact with accommodation establishments, safari companies, etc. in order to get their vacancy and availability as well as current prices. We will also do pre-bookings in your name in order to secure the safaris, hotels etc. you want.

5. When prices and availabilities are confirmed (if a specific service is not available, we will look for comparable alternatives) and you are satisfied, we will start the booking process. Most of the travel business need a pre-payment or credit card information to secure your booking. Generally within a few days we will get the confirmation from the different travel businesses.

6. Only when all accommodation, car rentals, safaris, etc. are confirmed, you will get your whole travel package (by ordinary mail or eMail) from us. This includes confirmation / vouchers (*), contact information, general instructions (how to find accommodation ABC, etc.) and many more information like a brief A-Z guide to help you with the most important information regarding your travel destinations. 

* In some cases the original confirmations and vouchers will be given to you by our local expert right after your arrival.
